Jody Caliguire, CEO

Mr. Caliguire, an alumnus of the University of Miami, served as the Vice President of Pavex Corporation in the early ‘80’s. He began his own company, Statewide Engineering Corporation in 1997, specializing in land development. His phenomenal vision and ability to see marketability and finished product value for customers landed his company some of the largest site development contracts in the Southeastern US and several International locations. Working with FEMA, the Army Corps of Engineers, and several municipalities throughout various counties, Mr. Caliguire has developed an innate ability to analyze land development specifications and engineering issues far beyond those of his peers. Through a careful bidding process and strict attention to detail, he is able to save his clients time, money, and valuable resources which has been the strongest tool of Central Site Development. Mr. Caliguire’s commitment to “excellence in everything” has placed Central Site Development at the forefront of the competition, employing only experts in their field all with a common goal of performing excellence in site development.

Wallace Jerome Walker, Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Walker has been in site development for nearly three decades. He began his career as a pipe layer and was rapidly moved into a Pipe Foreman role due to his outstanding ability to overcome difficult environments. His exceptional speed and accuracy with his team led to a future position as a General Superintendent. Throughout his career, he has made very strong relationships with national and international municipality inspectors as well as Engineers who find his work exceptional. Upon beginning Central Site with his partners, Mr. Walker’s field precision and efficiency were instrumental during the housing boom leading to a long-lasting relationship with top-ten US home builder DR Horton (DRH). His philosophy of “clean dirt work” is instrumental in customer satisfaction. His dedication to neat and orderly job sites allows clients to market their product during its beginning phases which became increasingly important during the slow housing market. Mr. Walker’s methodical approach to field excellence has led to the long-term success of Central Site Development.

Mr. Frank Andre, Deputy Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Andre began his site work career with Pavex Corporation as a supervisor in mechanical repairs and maintenance. He was swiftly promoted to Superintendent to assist with quality control of Asphalt plant operations and plant management. After 10 years at Pavex, Mr. Andre began field operations management with Statewide Engineering. He streamlined field operations for increased productivity and served a vital role in asphalt quality control with subcontractors, particularly in the Bahamas. Mr. Andre was responsible for leading a large Bahamian staff on several projects throughout the Bahamas. Later he began working as a General Superintendent of field operations in site development. He developed an instrumental program to reduce warranty work and increase efficiency. Upon beginning Central Site Development with his two partners in 2005, Mr. Andre’s outstanding efficiency and commitment to field excellence have been an integral part of Central Site Development’s success.

Ms. Kati Trammel, Chief Financial Officer

Kati has been with Central Site since its inception. She began her career managing a large apartment community for MetLife performing all 5-year budget plans for a public company, cash and accrual financial statements, and variance analysis reports for a multi-million dollar community. As property manager, she performed in-depth market surveys to compete with nearby communities and increased the occupancy rates far above the competition. Working with Cushman Wakefield, Kati wrote the brochure and marketed the community to national real estate investors. She then took a position in Japan as a marketing executive for American clubs, restaurants, and fitness centers. Working with a non-profit budget, she and her team reorganized the marketing financials and achieved millions in new sponsorship for clients. The company had record-breaking revenues during a slowing Japanese economy. She also wrote public service announcements for Commanding Generals and became a published author. With Central Site, Kati fostered growth from 8 to 42 employees in one year. She manages the firm’s finances to ensure proper leverage with assets and liabilities to aid the firm in maintaining lines of credit and bonding capacity. She maintains strict attention to detail and strong internal controls for proper financial reporting. Kati has her BS in Finance and her MBA in Accounting.
